Call for tender

Our company has operated on the market over 53 years in the production and sales of furnishing and refrigerating products for shops, supermarkets and for the food industry, such as horizontal and vertical display cabinets, shelving systems, checkouts, etc. As a leading company in North Macedonia, we export at least to 15 other countries in the Balkan Peninsula and worldwide as well.

Based on our vision and long-term goals for bigger production capacity, more efficiency and lower cost, we are investing in rising innovative technology and automation, therefore, we are part of the project EU4EG_MSME-1/09 ( EU for Economic Growth_ Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) financed from German development agency (GIZ- Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit).

Therefore, all the legal entities that meet the “minimum criteria” are kindly invited to express interest in participating in this tender announcement:

• The bidder should be in operation for at least 5 years,
• The manufacturer should submit a reference list of three accomplished projects in the last 5 years.
• Interested parties should be able to provide spare parts for the next 5 years.

The deadline for submission of offer and elements of the offer is 11 October 2023, until 12:00 noon local time.

Offers must be submitted via email to the following address: [email protected], [email protected]. The opening of bids will be carried out on 12.10.2023, as specified in the tender documentation as the deadline for submitting bids, at the following location – FRIGO TEKNIKA BEI DOO, 1220 Bogovinje, Tetovo, Republic of North Macedonia.

Therefore, all the legal entities that meet the “minimum criteria” are kindly invited to express interest in participating in this tender announcement, to send an offer including installation and transportation costs and fills out the attached proposal.

The offer should be composed of the following elements:

• Offer form (Attachment 1),
• Statement on the seriousness of the offer (Attachment 2),
• A document to prove ability (document for registered company)
